Welcome to the Administrative Law Bar Association Contract. Below you will find the legal agreement that governs the relationship between the Administrative Law Bar Association and its members.

Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this date between the Administrative Law Bar Association, hereinafter referred to as “ALBA,” and its members.

Whereas ALBA is an organization established to promote the advancement of administrative law and the professional development of its members, and

Whereas the members of ALBA are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in the practice of administrative law,

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Membership

Members of the ALBA must be licensed attorneys in good standing with the relevant state bar association and actively practicing administrative law.

Members are required to uphold the rules and regulations set forth by ALBA and adhere to the highest ethical standards in their practice of administrative law.

Membership dues must be paid in a timely manner as specified by ALBA. Failure to pay dues may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

Code Conduct

Members ALBA expected conduct professionalism integrity times.

Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the practice of administrative law and must not engage in any conduct that would bring disrepute to ALBA or the legal profession.
